Special Needs Student Beaten by Illinois police over dress code

Dolton Illinois -- 15-year-old Marshawn Pitts was brutally beaten by a Dolton police officer, because his shirt wasn’t tucked in. Pitts was a student at the Academy for Learning High School in Dolton, which claims to be a school for children with learning disabilities. In this video, the officer, whose name has not been released, is seen slamming Pitts into lockers, and then slamming him face down on the floor. The officer then puts the 15-year-old boy into a dangerous chokehold. When all was said and done, Pitts had a busted lip and a broken nose.
