Bureaucrat gets busted parking illegally by blogger and calls a cop for help!

An angry city bureaucrat (political hack) uses her parking exemption to park where ever she wants. She gets busted by a video blogger and freaks out. She calls a cop who arrives and also parks illegally and behaves like a complete jerk.
